I’m a connoisseur of how people relate to each other (impromptu, late night, philosophical conversations are my favourite thing).

None of us are born possessing the understanding needed to find relationships easy to navigate.

Our template for relationships gets handed down generation after generation, and with the probability of marriage ‘making it’ versus divorce sitting at 50:50, the commonality of sibling estrangement and family fallouts, difficult work relationships with bullying and harassment remaining significant workplace issues, and the lasting psychological impact of poor parenting, then it’s no wonder so many adults suffer without the knowledge or insight to know how to communicate in a healthy, balanced way in day to day interactions.

So How Did I End Up Coaching Women About Relationships?

I’ve always been an over achiever and perfectionist, and crave being ‘the best’ whether that be family wise, career wise or health wise. So when I got horribly, debilitatingly ill with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome at the age of 35, I left no stone unturned to get well again, in fact ‘perfect health’ became my new mission and identity.

So it was no surprise that I went down the route of extreme measures when it came to health (which is actually not healthy at all!); juicing, fasting, super food powders, naturopathy, raw food to paleo diets (and pretty much any other exclusion diet that you can think of!), urine therapy (you can’t say I’m not brave and open to trying anything!), liver flushes, energy healing, homeopathy, herbs, kinesiology, acupuncture, osteopathy, colon hydrotherapy, infra red saunas and hot yoga. You name it, I did it… (And admittedly some are still part of my life today).

And as if that wasn’t enough, I trained as a naturopathic nutritionist and kinesiologist.

As you can probably tell by reading this, I’m an all or nothing kinda girl.

I quickly saw working as a nutritionist that complete healing can never come from just what you eat…

Mind: Body Connection - I started to see patterns in my clients between disease pictures and their psychological states. After a dalliance with personal development, where Hay House Publishers became my ‘go to’ source for books and workshops, and a guest spot on Hay House radio with Anita Moorjani, my interest and direction shifted into psychology and conscious awareness.

For the last 20 years I have been coached, mentored and worked with world-class coaches, psychologists and therapists. It’s a life-long on-going project but my drive is still to offer my clients a groundbreaking, life changing, transformational experience so they get to live the most exciting, memorable, fun and fulfilling life they can.

Throughout the course of my journey one thing stands out more than anything when it comes to wellbeing and happiness, and that’s how the core of anyone’s experience is healthy human interaction.

A deep understanding of relationships, the nature of them, why we attract the people we do, and what makes connection has been a fascination since becoming a coach, and as I see it, is at the root of everything.

In case you hadn’t guessed, 'success' in life is something I strive for, and though my definition has certainly changed over the years, it’s the foundation of all I do for myself and my clients.

We’re here for a relatively short period of time, so it makes sense (to me at least) to get the best out of each day, week, month and year that we can.

If you think we sound like a good fit, then you most likely strive to be the best version of yourself too.

The right coach for you uncovers what is currently hidden to make better, more aligned choices about how you want to live your life.

I know how different your life is when the important people in your life feel like easy, effortless company and you can be completely yourself.
